What I Do

Primarily, I am a HR Data Analyst for a major tire manufacturer in Hannover (Germany). I chose this not-so-obvious path (for a psychologist) because of my passion for data analytics, visualization and statistics. Working in a HR department, my background as a Psychologist is helping me there as well.

In my free time, when I am not gardening or woodworking, I try to learn more about bayesian statistical methods and how to use them for causal inference. I have to thank Richard McElreath for his continuing work as an educator in that area since without him I would not know how to even approach a topic as complicated as that.

I am always looking out for projects to support my local community and other good causes in general. If you happen to know someone who needs help in making sense of some data - feel free to contact me.
